I entered the industry in 2009 and found myself stagnant in 2012. I knew I needed a change and I spoke to Gary after chancing upon him through Facebook. After much consideration, I decided to join Gary as I found him very sincere and displayed the qualities that I needed to see in a mentor.
Gary is someone who leads with a heart and he always has this ability to make anyone feels comfortable. He strives to bring out the best in a person no matter who you are and you do not need to be his direct associate in order to get his mentorship. As long as you approach him, he will do his very best to guide you. Even when he was a leader of a group of more than 1200 people, he will make effort to remember everyone by their name. This humble trait of his also earned the respect of not just mine but also my team.
