I've known Gary for many years and was thus extremely excited when he decided to join OrangeTee in 2017. I then had the opportunity to witness for myself how his strong leadership, genial personality, and approachable demeanour had over the years earned him the respect and loyalty of his people.

Gary is serious and no-nonsense when it comes to his work, but he also pays keen attention to the well-being of his team. When he wants to execute a plan, he always leads by example with positive energy and full confidence. I remember during our Project IC retreat early this year, he was not feeling well, but still continued to show his strong support to the company and the project ICs. It is a privilege to have a capable and yet humble leader like Gary. I am confident that he will be able to inspire his people to strive for higher goals.
