As a colleague previously, I have always known Gary as someone who is humble, down to earth and sincere. He is always ready to share and lend a helping hand.

Joining Navis in 2020 allows me to witness Gary’s leadership in close distance. He is inspiring and charismatic, with an innate ability to connect and bring out the potential within a person.

It is never easy to be a leader, especially leading a mega group of more than 1000 agents. Gary has proven once and again his great leadership steering the team through challenging times.

I am grateful to be within Navis and look forward to learning more from the man himself!
