He has been a very inspirational figure, always driving me to help my agents to achieve more. Pioneering programmes such like BRAVE, Gary and the team has helped many individuals achieve both professional and personal breakthroughs.
In his unique style of leadership, Gary has managed to create a very welcoming environment around the office. And at times, he will even jio me for coffee, to share with me the tips and tricks to better nurture the agents who are in my team.
