Gary is leader that exuberates confidence, sincerity and selflessness. He always lead by example and gains respect from many of us. Gary is always encouraging and approachable, even my associates felt it's comforting and easy to converse with him. His strong leadership will continue to gain trust and faith from all of us and many others.
My division and I are truly blessed and honoured to have Gary, a founding leader of NLG steering us beyond choppy waters and fine tuning our sails for an eventful and purposeful career with him.
